Welcome to H BRAND, operated by Heba Al-Jamal Trading Establishment (Commercial Registration No. 4030584454). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the Returns & Exchanges, Shipping, and Privacy policies published on the store.

Products

  • Our products are authentic outlet items from international brands. They may be from previous seasons and are available in limited quantities.
  • Available sizes and colors vary from item to item; what is shown on the product page at the time of your order is what is available.
  • We aim for accurate photos and descriptions, but colors may look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.

Prices

  • All prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT.
  • Shipping fees, any cash-on-delivery fee, and the final total are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • Prices and offers may change at any time; the price shown when you confirm your order applies.
  • If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, or runs out of stock after you order, we will contact you, cancel the order or the affected item, and refund the full amount paid.

Orders

  • To order, add products to your cart, enter your delivery details, choose shipping and payment, then confirm your order.
  • You will receive a confirmation with your order number, and you are entitled to an invoice for your order.
  • We may contact you to confirm your order before shipping, especially for cash-on-delivery orders.
  • We may cancel an order if the delivery or contact details are incorrect, if we cannot reach you to confirm it, or if we suspect fraud. Any amount paid will be refunded.

Payment

  • Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include mada, credit cards, Apple Pay, STC Pay, Tamara, bank transfer and cash on delivery.
  • Online payments are processed through licensed payment gateways, and we do not store your card details.
  • Purchases through Tamara are subject to Tamara’s approval and terms.
  • Prepaid orders are shipped after payment is confirmed.

Shipping and delivery

  • We ship within Saudi Arabia. Delivery times and fees are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
  • If your order is delivered more than 15 days after the order date, you may cancel it and receive a full refund, unless the delay is caused by force majeure.

Cancellation, exchanges and returns

  • You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships.
  • You may return or exchange a product within 7 days of receipt, in line with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Offers and coupons

  • Each offer or coupon has its own stated terms and validity.
  • If you return a discounted product, we refund the amount actually paid for it.

Intellectual property

  • The H BRAND name, logo, store design and content, including photos and text, are owned by or licensed to Heba Al-Jamal Trading Establishment and may not be used without written permission.
  • Brand names and trademarks shown on the store belong to their respective owners.

Use and liability

  • You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account details confidential, and not misuse the store or place fake orders.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control.
  • Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Privacy

We handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom.
