Order Tracking
Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided to track the shipment status.

Failed or Delayed Delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, reshipping fees may apply.

  • Lingerie items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used items or items with removed tags.

Refunds

  • After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
