Where we ship
We ship within Saudi Arabia only.
Order processing
- We start preparing your order once it is confirmed; preparation time is included in the delivery time below.
- Our warehouses are closed on Fridays and public holidays, so orders are not prepared or shipped on those days.
Delivery times
- Your order arrives within 4 to 5 business days of confirmation, anywhere in the Kingdom.
- Remote areas and peak seasons may take longer.
Carriers and tracking
- All orders are shipped with Aramex.
- You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping fees
- Shipping is SAR 25 to any city in the Kingdom and is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
- When a free-shipping offer is available, its minimum order value is shown on the store and at checkout, and it applies according to the offer shown at the time of your order.
Cash on delivery
- Available for some orders; a fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.
- We may contact you to confirm your order before shipping.
On delivery
Please check your parcel on delivery. If the packaging is damaged, or the item is defective, incomplete or different from your order, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery, with photos.
Delivery address
- You are responsible for providing a correct address and mobile number.
- If delivery fails because of incorrect details or no response to the courier, the order is returned to us and re-delivery fees may apply.
- Refusing delivery without a valid reason is treated as a return, and the customer pays the shipping fees.
Late delivery
If your order is delivered more than 15 days after the order date, you may cancel it and receive a full refund, unless the delay is caused by force majeure.
